l CNC technology with servo motors in X/Y/Z three axes.
l Integrated with hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical elements, which are imported world-class components.

l The machine frame is by C–type plate welding structure.
l There are three die-stations. One of them is marking die-station. Automatic switching die-stations.
l Clamping system can adapt to different workpiece, with zero baffle as datum mark, and workpiece supported by rolling-ball working table.
l X & Y axes movements are controlled by servo motor and ball-screw driving.
l Double-axis CNC system controls the position of punching to automatically make the whole machine process.
l Operator may input the size of workpiece to computer for repeated calling program in the future.

APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
This machine is used for punching and marking of joint plate in the field of iron tower. It is also used to punch and mark of metal plate.

l When editing, only need to input angles size, hole diameters, positions, and quantities by using CAD/CAM directly conversion.
l The hydraulic station adopts double pump, single motor, water cooling system, sleeve type coupling for all pipelines. The glue of hose and coupling (EMB) are exported form Germany.
